BHEL Apprentice Recruitment 2023 : തിരുച്ചിറപ്പള്ളിയിലെ ഭാരത് ഹെവി ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽസ് ലിമിറ്റഡിൽ (ബി.എച്ച്.ഇ.എൽ.) അപ്രന്റിസ്ഷിപ്പിന് അപേക്ഷിക്കാം.

അസിസ്റ്റന്റി(എച്ച്.ആർ.)-ന് ബി.എ., മറ്റ് വിഷയങ്ങൾക്ക് എൻജിനീയറിങ്/ടെക്നോളജി ബിരുദം എന്നീ യോഗ്യതകളും വേണം.

70 ശതമാനം മാർക്കുണ്ടായിരിക്കണം.

യോഗ്യത : ഹൈസ്കൂൾ, ഡിപ്ലോമ വിജയം. എസ്.സി., എസ്.ടി. വിഭാഗക്കാർക്ക് 60 ശതമാനവും മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക് 70 ശതമാനവും മാർക്കുണ്ടായിരിക്കണം.

നിലവിൽ മറ്റെവിടെയെങ്കിലും അപ്രന്റിസ്ഷിപ്പ് ചെയ്യുന്നവരോ മുൻപ് ചെയ്തവരോ അപേക്ഷിക്കാൻ അർഹരല്ല.

Detailed Eligibility

Educational Qualification

Graduate Apprentice:

Accountant: Passed in 10+2, and Graduation in Commerce (B.Com.) as a regular full time candidate
Assistant-HR: Passed in 10+2 and Graduation in Arts (B.A.) as a regular full time candidate
Civil Engineering/Computer Science Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering/Mechanical: Passed in 10+2 and graduated in engineering/technology as a regular full-time candidate.

Note: As specified above with minimum 70% marks for UR/OBC(NCL)EWS candidates and minimum 60% marks for SC/ST Candidates, from a government-recognised Institution/University.

Technician Apprentice

High School Pass and Diploma pass as a regular full time candidate of the last three years, from Govt. recognized institute, with minimum 70% marks for UR/OBC(NCL)/EWS candidates and minimum 60% marks for SC/ST Candidates.

Trade Apprentices

High School Pass and ITI pass as a Regular Full Time candidate of the last three years, from a NCVT/SCVT recognized institute. For all Trades except Welder in Table No1 above NCVT/SCVT certificate is required. For welder trade NCVT shall only be considered.

Note: Candidates who have completed their Degree/Diploma/ITI course in 2021, 2022 & 2023 will only be eligible to apply for apprenticeship training in 2023. Candidates who have completed Degree through Distance Learning / Part Time / Correspondence/Sandwich courses shall not be considered for apprenticeship training in BHEL.

Duration of training: The duration of Apprenticeship Training will be for a period of one year from the date of joining, as per Apprentices Act 1961.

Age limit (As on 01 November 2023): Minimum 18 years and maximum 27 years

Age Relaxation: Relaxation in the upper age limit to SC/ST/OBC Candidates shall be extended as per Govt. guidelines.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on an assessment test of all eligible candidates who fulfil the conditions .
Eligible candidates based on marks secured in the qualifying examination shall be called for assessment test.
Merit list will be drawn based on the scores obtained by the candidates in the assessment test.
In case of a tie in marks at selection stage, candidate scored higher marks, followed by candidate older in age.
All future communication with candidate will take place only through website/Email/SMS alerts.
