Graduate (Civil/Computer Science/Electrical/Electronics Telecomm Eng):

• B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engg.) in Civil/Computer Science/Electrical/Electronics Telecomm Engineering

ITI Electrician:

• ITI in Electrician Trade

Diploma (Electrical/Civil):

• Diploma in Electrical/Civil Engineering

Diploma in Office Management:

• Diploma in Modern Office Management & Secretarial Practice / Modern Office Practice / Modern Office Practice Management/ Office Management & Computer Application

CSR Executive:

• Master in Social Work (MSW) or Rural Development/ Management or equivalent

Executive Law:

• Graduate Degree in any discipline and Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) (minimum 03 years professional course) OR 05 years Integrated LLB Degree (Professional)

HR Executive:

• MBA (HR) / Post Graduate Diploma in Personal Management / Personal Management & Industrial Relations or equivalent

Selection Process Power Grid Recruitment 2024:

Shortlisting of applications:

• Applications will be screened based on merit according to eligibility criteria, prescribed qualifications applicable to the respective trade, and the number of training slots notified in the detailed advertisement.
• Candidates shall be called for verification of documents/certificates in order of merit in a ratio of 1:5 with respect to training slots notified/available. Shortlisted candidates will be communicated through the registered email.

Selection of candidates:

• A merit list will be prepared based on the candidates reported for the document verification process and found suitable as per the eligibility criteria.
• The candidate shall be engaged in merit order on accepting a tri-partite apprenticeship contract on the NATS/NAPS website and submitting a medical certificate in the prescribed format and police verification by the candidates.

After getting the NAPS/NATS registration/enrolment number, candidates should apply on the POWERGRID website on or before 08 September 2024.
