അടിസ്ഥാന യോഗ്യത: പത്താം ക്ലാസ് ജയം/ തത്തുല്യം. മികച്ച ശാരീരികക്ഷമത ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം.
പ്രായം: എച്ച്.പി.വി. ലൈസൻസുള്ളവർക്ക് 35 വയസ്സ്, എൽ.എം.വി. ലൈസൻസുള്ളവർക്ക് 30 വയസ്സ്, ഹെവി വാഹന ലൈസൻ സിനായി അപേക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളവർക്കും പ്രവൃത്തിപരിചയമുള്ളവർക്കും ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട രേഖകൾ ഹാജരാക്കിയാൽ വയസ്സിളവിന് പരിഗണിക്കും.
തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെടുന്നവർ 30,000 രൂപയുടെ സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റ് നൽകണം.
കൂടാതെ രണ്ടുവർഷത്തേക്ക് മുപ്പതിനായി രൂപയുടെ ബോണ്ടും സമർപ്പിക്കണം.
