- 18 വയസ്സു മുതൽ 36 വയസ് വരെയുള്ളവർക്ക് അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ഉദ്യോഗാർഥികൾ 02.01.1985 – നും 01. 01.2003 – നുമിടയിൽ ജനിച്ചവരായിരിക്കണം (രണ്ട് തീയതികളും ഉൾപ്പെടെ).
- പിന്നാക്ക വിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ടവർക്കും പട്ടികജാതി / പട്ടികവർഗ വിഭാഗത്തിലുള്ളവർക്കും നിയമാനുസൃതം അനുവദനീയമായ വയസ്സിളവ് ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
- യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ഉയർന്ന പ്രായപരിധി 50 വയസ്സ് കവിയാൻ പാടില്ല.
യോഗ്യത :

- (a) വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യത : പത്താം ക്ലാസ് ജയം അല്ലെങ്കിൽ തത്തുല്യ യോഗ്യത
- (b) ശാരീരിക യോഗ്യത : കുറഞ്ഞത് 165 സെ.മീ. ഉയരം. പൂർണ ഉച്ഛ്വാസത്തിൽ കുറഞ്ഞത് 81.3 സെ.മീ. നെഞ്ചളവും 5 സെ.മീ. നെഞ്ച് വികാസവും.കുറിപ്പ്: പട്ടികജാതി/പട്ടികവർഗ വിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെടുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർഥികൾക്ക് 160 സെ.മീ. ഉയരം മതിയാകും. എന്നാൽ നെഞ്ചളവിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള മേൽവ്യവസ്ഥകൾ അവർക്കും ബാധകമാണ്.(ii) കാഴ്ചശക്തി: താഴെ പറയുന്നതരത്തിൽ കണ്ണട വയ്ക്കാതെയുള്ള കാഴ്ചശക്തിയുള്ളതായി സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം.

(c) ഓരോ കണ്ണിനും പൂർണമായ കാഴ്ചശക്തിയുണ്ടായിരിക്കണം. വർണാന്ധത, സ്ക്വിന്റ് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ കണ്ണിന്റെയോ കൺപോളകളുടെയോ മോർബിഡായിട്ടുള്ള അവസ്ഥ എന്നിവ അയോഗ്യതയായി കണക്കാക്കുന്നതാണ്.
(ii) മുട്ടുതട്ട്, പരന്നപാദം, ഞരമ്പുവീക്കം, വളഞ്ഞ കാലുകൾ, വൈകല്യമുള്ള കാലുകൾ, കോമ്പല്ല് (മുൻപല്ല്), പല്ലു കൾ, കേൾവിയിലും സംസാരത്തിലുമുള്ള കുറവുകൾ എന്നിങ്ങനെയുള്ള ശാരീരികന്യൂനതകൾ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കരുത്.
(iv) വൺസ്റ്റാർ നിലവാരത്തിലുള്ള നാഷണൽ ഫിസിക്കൽ എഫിഷ്യൻസി ടെസ്റ്റിലെ താഴെ പറയുന്ന എട്ട് ഇനങ്ങളിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും അഞ്ച് എണ്ണത്തിൽ യോഗ്യത നേടിയിരിക്കണം.

കുറിപ്പ്: ഉദ്യോഗാർഥികളുടെ ശാരീരിക അളവുകൾ കായികക്ഷമതാ പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് മുന്നോടിയായി എടുക്കുന്നതാണ്. നിശ്ചിത ശാരീരിക അളവുകളില്ലാത്ത ഉദ്യോഗാർഥികളെ കായികക്ഷമതാപരീക്ഷയിൽ പങ്കെടുപ്പിക്കുന്നതല്ല. കായികക്ഷമതാ പരീക്ഷയിൽ അപകടം സംഭവിക്കുകയോ പരിക്കേൽക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർഥികൾക്ക് ആയതിന് പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ വീണ്ടും അവസരം നൽകുന്നതല്ല. ഉദ്യോഗാർഥികൾ കായികക്ഷമതാപരീക്ഷാ സമയ ത്ത് സർക്കാർ സർവീസിലുള്ള അസിസ്റ്റന്റ് സർജൻ/ജൂനിയർ കൾസൾട്ടന്റിന്റെ റാങ്കിൽ കുറയാത്ത റാങ്കിലുള്ള ഒരു മെഡിക്കൽ ഓഫീസറിൽനിന്ന് ലഭിച്ച മെഡിക്കൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ അസൽ കായികക്ഷമതാ പരീക്ഷാ സമയത്ത് ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. കൂടാതെ ഈ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പ്രമാണപരിശോധനാസമ യത്ത് പ്രൊഫൈലിൽ Upload ചെയ്യേണ്ടതുമാണ് (മെഡിക്കൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ മാതൃക വെബ്സൈറ്റിൽ).
കുറിപ്പ്: കാഴ്ചശക്തിയെ സംബന്ധിച്ച വിവരങ്ങൾ സർട്ടിഫിക്ക റ്റിൽ വ്യക്തമായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം. വിഷൻ നോർമൽ ആവറേജ് മുതലായ അവ്യക്തമായ പ്രസ്താവനകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഓരോ കണ്ണിനെയും സംബന്ധിച്ച വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രത്യേകമായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം. കാഴ്ചശക്തി മുകളിൽ സൂചിപ്പിച്ചി ട്ടുള്ള വിധത്തിലല്ലെങ്കിൽ കണ്ണിന് നല്ല കാഴ്ചശക്തിയുണ്ടെന്നോ മോശമായ കാഴ്ചശക്തിയാണെന്നോ (Better/worse standards of vision) ഉള്ള വിവരം സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതാണ്. അല്ലാതെയുള്ള സർട്ടി ഫിക്കറ്റ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട വിധം
ഉദ്യോഗാർഥികൾ കേരള പബ്ലിക് സർവീസ് കമ്മിഷൻെറ ഔദ്യോഗിക വെബ്സൈറ്റായ www.keralapsc.gov.in വഴി ‘ഒറ്റത്തവണ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ’ പ്രകാരം രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത ശേഷമാണ് അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടത്.
രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർഥികൾ അവരുടെ User ID യും Password– ഉം ഉപയോഗിച്ച് Login ചെയ്തശേഷം സ്വന്തം Profile ലൂടെ അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
ഓരോ തസ്തികയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കുമ്പോഴും പ്രസ്തുത തസ്തികയോടൊപ്പം കാണുന്ന Notification Link ലെ ‘ Apply Now ‘ ൽ മാത്രം click ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്.
അപ്ലോഡ് ചെയ്യുന്ന ഫോട്ടോ 31/12/2011 നോ അതിനുശേഷമോ എടുത്തതായിരിക്കണം.
ഫോട്ടോയുടെ താഴെ ഉദ്യോഗാർഥിയുടെ പേരും ഫോട്ടോ എടുത്ത തീയതിയും വ്യക്തമായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം.
നിശ്ചിത മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങാം പാലിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് അപ്ലോഡ് ചെയ്ത ഫോട്ടോയ്ക്ക് അപ്ലോഡ് ചെയ്ത തീയതി മുതൽ 10 വർഷക്കാലത്തേക്ക് പ്രാബല്യമുണ്ടായിരിക്കും.
ഫോട്ടോ സംബന്ധിച്ച മറ്റ് നിബന്ധനകൾക്കൊന്നും തന്നെ മാറ്റമില്ല.
അപേക്ഷാ ഫീസ് നൽകേണ്ടതില്ല.

Qualifications:-
(a) Educational Qualifications
- Pass in SSLC or its equivalent qualification
[Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II of the KS & SSR is applicable]
(b) Physical Fitness:
(i) Must have at least 165 cm height and must be minimum 81.3 cms round the chest on full exhalation and must have a chest expansion of 5 cms.
Note : A height of 160 cm will be sufficient for the candidates belonging to SC and ST. The above conditions regarding chest measurements will be applicable for SC/ST candidates also.
(ii) Eye sight:-
Must be certified to possess the visual standards specified below without glasses.

(c) Each eye must have a full field of vision. Colour blindness, squint or any morbid conditions of the eye or lids of either eye will be deemed to be a disqualification.
(iii) Must be free from apparent physical defects like knock knee, flat foot, varicose veins, bow legs, deformed limbs, irregular and protruding teeth, defective speech and hearing.
(iv) Must qualify in any five events out of the eight events of the National Physical Efficiency One Star Standard Test, as specified below.

Note: The physical measurement of candidates will be taken at the time of physical efficiency test and those who do not possess the prescribed physical measurement will not be admitted for the physical efficiency test. If accidents or injuries happen to a candidate while participating in the Physical
Efficiency Test, he will not be given further chance to participate in the test.
The candidates should produce at the time of Physical Efficiency Test a Medical Certificate in original in the form prescribed hereunder certifying to their physical fitness and eye sight without glasses. The Medical Certificate should be one obtained from a Medical Officer under the Government not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon/Junior Consultant and the same shall be uploaded in the OTR Profile by the candidate at time of Certificate Verification.
