Selection Process of Kerala High Court Recruitment 2023 :
- The selection process includes Analytical test/Technical Test/Interview.
- Merely satisfying the eligibility criteria do not entitle a candidate to be called for the test/Interview.
- The High Court reserves the right to alter the mode of selection.
- The call letters will be sent to the email address provided by the candidate in the Application form.

Note :
- The envelope for the post should be superscribed as ‘Application for the post of System Assistants, Recruitment No. ECC 1/2023’.
- Validity of the Rank list will be fixed for a period of two years from the date of publication of rank list.
- Vacancies that may arise during the period of the validity of the rank list shall be filled up from the list.
- The appointment will be on Contract basis.
- The contract is initially for a period of 2 years which may further be extended based on the performance, requirements & orders of the High Court for extending the tenure of System Assistants subject to the Administrative Sanction from the Government for extension.
- The appointment will be on temporary basis and the candidates will not be entitled to any preferential claim for future appointment.

Senior Computer Programmers :
- MCA/BE/B.Tech in CS/IT/Electronics (Full time regular course) from an Institution/University recognized and approved by any of the Universities in Kerala.
- Must have 3+ years experience in the field of programming/development/testing in Government or reputed National/International firms.
- Experience in Full stack development.
- Ability to design code to build quality enterprise class software.
- Knowledge of Software development cycle, QA Methodologies, tools, procedure & testing techniques.

Selection Process of Kerala High Court Recruitment 2023 :
- The selection process includes Written test / Practical or Skill test / Interview.
- A written/ objective test may be conducted to shortlist the candidates, based on the number of applicants.
- The shortlisted candidates have to undergo a practical/skill test to assess the technical skill set mentioned in the notification.
- Those candidates clearing the practical/skill test will be called for an interview.
- The final list of selected candidates will be prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the practical/skill test and interview.

Munsiff-Magistrate : Shall be a holder of a degree in Law recognized by the Bar Council of India for the purpose of enrolment as an Advocate.
Note :

Selection Process of Kerala High Court Recruitment 2023 :
- The selection process includes Examination/Interview/Viva Voce.
- The selection shall be made after holding competitive examinations at two successive stages.
- The first stage is the Kerala Judicial Service (Preliminary) Examination.
- The second stage is the Kerala Judicial Service (Main) Examination, consisting of a written examination and a viva-voce.
Preliminary Examination :
- It consists of one paper of objective type screening test based on the syllabus given below containing 100 multiple choice questions, each question carrying two marks.
- Maximum marks will be 200 and one mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
- Duration of the preliminary examination will be two and a half hours.
- The preliminary examination is conducted for the purpose of shortlisting the candidates and the marks obtained in the preliminary examination shall not be counted for determining the final order of merit of the candidates.
- Short list of candidates selected for the main examination will be published in the Notice Board and in the recruitment portal of the High Court.
Scheme of the Main Examination:
Written Examination:
- The Kerala Judicial Service Main (Written) Examination consists of 4 papers based on the syllabus given below.
- Each paper carries 100 marks and the duration for each paper will be three hours.
- The number of candidates for viva voce shall not ordinarily exceed three times the number of notified vacancies.
Viva-Voce:
- Maximum marks for viva voce shall be 50.
- Only those candidates who are shortlisted as per the above scheme shall be called for viva-voce.
- The cut off marks in the viva-voce is fixed at 40% for general and OBC candidates and 35% for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Schedules Tribes.
- Fraction of half or more than half shall be regarded as full marks and less than half shall be ignored.
- The marks secured by a candidate in the viva-voce shall be added to the total marks secured by him/her in the Main (written) examination.

- All Others (even if the application is common for Regular and NCA vacancies) : Rs 1250/-
- SC/ST/Unemployed Persons with Disability : Nil

Note :
- Candidates are advised to keep the Application Number and Key Number securely as both are required each time they log into the system.
- Copy of the Fee Payment chalan should be retained by the candidate and produced if called for.
