• Matric with Regular Full Time ITI (Fitter) course recognized by NCVT/SCVT.

Trade Apprentice (Electrician):

• Matric with Regular Full Time ITI (Electrician) course recognized by NCVT/SCVT.

Trade Apprentice (Electronic Mechanic):

• Matric with Regular Full Time ITI (Electronic Mechanic) course recognized by NCVT/SCVT.

Trade Apprentice (Instrument Mechanic):

• Minimum 12th pass. Additionally, candidates should possess Skill Certificate of ‘Retail Trainee Associate’ for training of less than one year issued by an awarding body recognized under National Skill Qualifications Framework or any other authority recognized by the Central Govt.

IOCL Recruitment Selection Process :

• Selection shall be on the basis of performance of the candidates on the basis of marks obtained by them in the
  Written Test (of two hours duration) and meeting the notified eligibility criteria.
• Written Test will be conducted with Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) consisting of four options with one correct option. A candidate will have to secure minimum 40% marks in Written Test for qualifying the selection process.
• The candidates will have to secure a minimum of 40% marks in written test to qualify for selection process. The minimum qualifying marks shall be 35% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD categories against reserved positions.
