പ്ലസ്ടു യോഗ്യതയുള്ളവർക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കാം.

മാർച്ച് 31ന് വൈകിട്ട് 5 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി ഓൺലൈനായി അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കണം.

ASAP Kerala Notification 2025 For The Post of Business Promoters :


Additional Skill Acquisition Programme (ASAP) Kerala, A Government of Kerala Company, invites online applications for the positions of Business Promoters. Interested candidates may apply via ONLINE mode only by filling the prescribed application form given in the website of ASAP (https://asapkerala.gov.in/careers/).

Mode of selection will be through Written Test & Personal Interviews / Personal Interviews alone (Online/Offline) which will be intimated later.

The last date for submitting the online application will be 31.03.2025, 5 PM.

Vacancy Details


Post : Business Promoters

Anticipated Number of Vacancies : 89

Locations : All Districts

Stipend : ₹7,500 per month, subject to achieving the assigned targets (a minimum of 5 admissions per month for the designated courses, with a minimum collected fee of ₹75,000)

Incentives : Additional admission-linked incentives over and above the stipend, provided as variable pay for enrollments exceeding the assigned targets.

Contract Duration : Initial contract period of 3 months.

Job Type : Part Time

Qualification : Minimum +2 .

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Skills in marketing and community engagement with experience in target based lead conversion and admissions.
  • Basic proficiency in using digital tools for database management

Responsibilities:

  • Direct Engagement with Jobseekers: Meet jobseekers in the assigned areas through physical interactions.
  • Admissions: Promote ASAP Kerala courses to facilitate successful admissions.
  • Database Expansion and Follow-ups: Grow the jobseeker database through referrals, systematic follow-ups and promotional activities.
  • Promotional Activities: Focus on devising community-based strategies to increase the database.
    Work under the supervision of the Field Program Manager
  • Maintain data on outreach efforts and admissions.

It shall be noted that admittance to various stages of the recruitment will be provisional only, and will not confer any claim unless various other conditions of selection processes are satisfied. Detailed scrutiny of the application/credentials will be conducted before the written test / interview appointment. Any discrepancy found during the detailed scrutiny will result in the rejection of the candidature.

ASAP Kerala reserves the right to shortlist only a limited number of candidates for the written test/interview, based on marks secured in their qualifying examination/Interview , desirable qualifications, experience (if any) or location. Candidates should clearly mention the marks scored in their qualifying examination (Higher Secondary )in the application.
