Air India Limited Recruitment 2022 – Air India has announced an online job notification for recruitment to the post of Customer Agent, Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver, Handyman of 862 vacancies.

Interested candidates who are all eligible for this recruitment can attend the interview on 09,11,14 May 2022. The educational qualification of the candidates must be Graduate/10th. The detailed eligibility and selection process are given below in detail.

Educational Qualification:

Customer Agent :

• Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern with Diploma in IATA – UFTAA or IATA – FIATA or IATA – DGR or IATA – CARGO Or Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern.

Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver :

• SSC /10th Standard Pass. Must Carry Original Valid HMV Driving License at the time of appearing for trade test. Preference will be given to the Candidates conversant with the local language.

Handyman :

• SSC /10th Standard Pass. Must be able to read and understand English Language. Knowledge of Local and Hindi Languages, ie. Ability to understand and speak is desirable

Age Limit: 

• GEN : 28 Years
• OBC: 31 Years
• SC/ ST 33 Years

Total Vacancies: 862 posts

• Customer Agent : 332 posts
• Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver : 36 posts
• Handyman : 494 posts

Salary Details: 

• Customer Agent : Rs. 21,300/ month
• Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver : Rs. 19,350/ month
• Handyman : Rs. 17,520/ month

Air India Recruitment 2022 Selection Process:

Customer Agent :

• Personal Interview
• The company at its discretion may introduce Group Discussion, depending upon the response
• The selection procedure would be conducted on the same day or on the subsequent day(s). The outstation candidates are advised to make their own arrangement of lodging and boarding at their own cost, if required.

Utility Agent cum Ramp driver :

• Trade Test comprise of Trade Knowledge and Driving test including Driving Test of HMV. Those passing the Trade Test alone will be sent for screening.
• Screening – General Knowledge & Driving related
• The selection procedure would be conducted on the same day or on the subsequent day(s). The outstation candidates are advised to make their own arrangement of lodging and boarding at their own cost, if required

Handyman :

• Screening: English Paragraph reading, General Knowledge
• Physical Endurance
• The selection procedure will be on the same day or on the subsequent day(s). The outstation candidates are advised to make their own arrangement of lodging and boarding at their own cost, if required.

Application Fees :

• The application fees for the above mentioned posts is Rs. 500 by means of a Demand Draft in favor of “AI AIRPORT SERVICES LIMITED.”, payable at Mumbai.
• No fees are to be paid by Ex-servicemen / candidates belonging to SC/ST communities.
