Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
Fleet Manager (Operations) :
- Degree/Diploma in engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics.
- MEO Class 1 or Master Certificate (FG).
- Experience : 12 Years’ Experience. (after acquiring Degree/Diploma).
- Preferably on board ship experience as Master/Chief Engineer.
Fleet Manager (Maintenance) :
- Degree/ Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Naval Architecture.
- MEO Class 1 or Master Certificate (FG).
- Experience : Minimum 12 years (after acquiring Degree/Diploma) of shipyard experience or Operation & Maintenance experience on Board Ships.
Manager (Finance) :
- CA/ICWA.
- Experience : Minimum 5 Years experience in Finance/Accounts.
- Cost & Budgetary Control, Working Capital Management etc. in Public Sector Undertakings or in large and reputed private companies.
- Training experience will not be counted.
Boat Operations – Trainee :
- Minimum 60% marks in ITI / Diploma in (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics).
- Last 3 years pass out only (ie, 2020 ,2021,2022).
Age Limit ( As on 01 January 2023 ) :
- Fleet Manager (Operations) : 56 Years
- Fleet Manager (Maintenance) : 56 Years
- Manager (Finance) : 50 Years
- Boat Operations – Trainee : 28 Years
Note : Age limit may be relaxed for experienced, outstanding and exceptionally deserving candidates and will be the sole discretion of the Management.
Salary :
- Fleet Manager (Operations) : Rs 1,00,000/-
- Fleet Manager (Maintenance) : Rs 1,00,000/-
- Manager (Finance) : Rs 50,000/-
- Boat Operations – Trainee : Rs 9,000/-
