യോഗ്യത: എം.എസ്‌.സി/ബി.ഇ./ ബി.ടെക്/എം.ടെക് (കംപ്യൂട്ടർ സയൻസ് / കംപ്യൂട്ടർ സയൻസ് & എൻജിനീയറിങ്/ ഐ.ടി. / സോഫ്റ്റ്‌വേർ സിസ്റ്റം / സൈബർ സെക്യൂരിറ്റി / സിസ്റ്റം അഡ്മിനിസ്ട്രേഷൻ & നെറ്റ് വർക്കിങ് / ഡേറ്റ അനലിറ്റിക്സ് / ആർട്ടിഫിഷ്യൽ ഇന്റലിജൻസ്). അല്ലെങ്കിൽ എം.സി.എ.യും ബി.സി.എ. / ബി.എസ്‌.സി (കംപ്യൂട്ടർ സയൻസ് / ഐ.ടി.).

Indian Navy Recruitment 2024: The Indian Navy has announced notification for the SSC Executive posts. Candidates with B.E/B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc/M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc/MCA qualifications can apply for the Indian Navy Vacancy 2024. There are 18 openings available for this post. Detailed Eligibility -Indian Navy Jobs:

Educational Qualification:

SSC Executive (Information Technology):

• Applicants must have a minimum of 60% marks in English in class X or XII and one of the undermentioned educational qualifications with a minimum of 60% overall qualifying marks, in either or a combination of the following:
• M.Sc/B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech (Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/Computer Engineering/IT/Software Systems/Cyber Security/ System Administration & Networking/Computer Systems & Networking/Data Analytics/Artificial Intelligence)  OR
• MCA with BCA/B.Sc (Computer Science/ IT).

NCC Candidates: NCC ‘C’ certificate holders will be given a relaxation of 5% in cut-off marks towards shortlisting for SSB subject to meeting the following criteria:

• Having NCC ‘C’ Certificate of Army/Naval/Air Wing with Min ‘B’ Grade.
• Served for not less than two academic years in the NCC’s senior division of the Naval/Army/Air Wing.
• ‘C’ certificate should not be dated before 01.01.2022

Who can apply?

• Candidates who have graduated or are in the final year (regular/integrated) with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA.
• The university for those mentioned above should be incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be Universities!
• Candidates who have obtained a degree in Engineering (regular/integrated) with 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA/System from such foreign University!
• The government of India should recognize the University/College/Institution for an Engineering Degree/equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universite established under the AIU Act 1973.

Training: 

• Candidates will be inducted into the rank of Sub Lieutenant.
• Selected candidates will undergo a six-week Naval Orientation Course at the Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala.
• This will be followed by professional training at Naval Ships and training establishments as per extant regulations.

Probation Period: 02 years

Age Limit for Indian Navy Jobs: Born between 02 January 2000 and 01 July 2005 (both dates inclusive).

• These vacancies are tentative and may be changed depending on the availability of training slots.

Selection Process of Indian Navy Jobs:

• The selection process will be based on shortlisting and SSB interviews.
• Shortlisting of applications will be based on normalized marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying degree.
• B.E/B.Tech: For candidates who have completed or are in the final year of B.E/B.Tech, marks obtained up to the fifth semester will be considered for SSB shortlisting.
• Post-Graduate Degree Programme: For candidates who have completed M.Sc/MCA/M.Tech, marks obtained in all semesters will be considered. For final year students pursuing M.Sc./MCA/M.Tech marks obtained till pre-final year will be considered.
• Shortlisted candidates will be informed about their shortlisting for SSB interviews through e-mail or SMS (provided by candidates in their application forms). Candidates are advised not to change their email mobile number until the selection process ends.
• Candidates are to download the call-up letter on receiving information from NHQ/DMPR via SMS/e-mail (provided by candidates in their application). Any correspondence regarding the change of SSB dates should be addressed to the concerned SSB’s call-up officer upon receipt of the call-up letter.

Merit list:

• A merit list would be prepared based on SSB marks. 
• Candidates declared fit in the medical examination would be appointed subject to police verification, character verification & availability of vacancies in the entry.
