പരിശീലന കാലാവധി ഒരുവർഷമാണ്.

- ഡിപ്ലോമ ഇൻ കമേഴ്സ്യൽ പ്രാക്ടീസ്.
യോഗ്യത: അനുബന്ധവിഷയത്തിൽ 60 ശതമാനം മാർക്കോടെ ഗവൺമെന്റ് അംഗീകൃത സ്ഥാപനത്തിൽനിന്നുള്ള മൂന്നുവർഷത്തെ ഡിപ്ലോമ (എസ്‌.സി./എസ്‌.ടി. വിഭാഗത്തിന് 50 ശതമാനം മാർക്ക് മതി).
പ്രായം: 23 വയസ്സ് കവിയരുത് (സംവരണവിഭാഗങ്ങൾക്ക് ഇളവുണ്ട്).

Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT) Notification 2024 for Diploma Apprentice
The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT) Udyogamandal proposes to select eligible candidates as paid Apprentices under the Apprentices Act in the following category;
TECHNICIAN (DIPLOMA) APPRENTICES
- Period of Training: One Year (Stipend INR.8000/- p.m.)
- Qualification: A three-year Diploma in Engineering in any one of the following disciplines (State Board of Technical Education recognized regular Course)
1. Computer
2. Civil
3. Electrical/Electrical & Electronics
4. Instrumentation/Instrument Technology/ Electronics & Instrumentation
5. Mechanical
6. Commercial Practice.
Eligibility: Diploma with an aggregate of 60% marks for general category and 50% marks for SC/ST in the relevant discipline and should not have completed more than 3 years after passing Diploma as on 31-03-2024.
BOAT Southern Region Registered KERALA Candidates are only eligible to apply.
Age limit
- Age not more than 23 years as on 01-09-2023 For general candidates with date of birth on or after 02.09.2000.
- For OBC-NCL candidates with date of birth on or after 02.09.1997 or SC/ST candidates with date of birth on or after 02.09.1995.
- Reservation: Reservation as per rule.
The discipline wise quota of Diploma apprenticeship is as follows:
- Computer Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering/ Instrument Technology/Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma in Commercial Practice (DCP)
Note : Only candidates belonging to the above mentioned disciplines can apply.
Diploma qualifications in any other discipline or equivalent diploma will not be considered.

- Additionally, all applicants must complete and upload the online Google form by 27th Jan 2024.
A copy of the following documents should be attested and submitted along with the application form.
TECHNICIAN (DIPLOMA) APPRENTICES
a) 10th Pass Certificate & Mark list.
b) Diploma Certificate & Mark list
c) Caste Certificate in the case of SC/ST, Non-Creamy Layer Certificate in the case of OBC candidates, and EWS Certificate in the case of Economically Weaker Section candidates (which should be valid as per the date mentioned in the certificate and not issued earlier than 6 months from the date of application by an officer not lower than the rank of a Tahsildar). Disability Certificate (for PwBD candidates) from a competent Medical Board. (PwBD candidates will be considered for selection in Computer Discipline and Diploma in Commercial Practice (DCP) only).
d) Aadhar card.
e) Dependency Certificate (Applicable for dependents of FACT Employees).
- Due care should be taken while filling email id and phone number in the application form. Both are essential for future correspondence.
- Incomplete application or application received after the due date or application without the above mentioned certificates will be liable for rejection without any intimation and will not be considered for selection. The certificates which are not original / legible will be liable for rejection without any intimation.
- The list of the eligible candidates will be published in our website www.fact.co.in and the candidates will be informed through their e-mail.
- Students with a CGPA or grade system must provide a conversion certificate from their university or board showing their percentage
- Candidates should register themselves in the online web portal of Board of Apprenticeship Training (www.nats.education.gov.in) under ‘Student’ category.
BOAT Southern Region KERALA registered candidates are only eligible to apply. The Registration ID and password should be available with the applicants.
- The merit list for selection will be prepared based on the following weightage: Weightage: 50% marks in Diploma Examination and 50% marks in 10th standard. In the event of a tie in marks, preference will be given to diploma marks. If there is still a tie, marks obtained in math and science in the 10th standard examination will be considered in order of priority.
- Only candidates who are domicile of Kerala shall be considered. The selected candidates should produce Aadhaar card as proof of residential address and the following documents at the time of joining:
a) All original certificates mentioned in point 2,
b) Two sets of attested copy of all documents
c) 6 nos. of passport size colour photographs.
d) SC / ST / OBC candidates should produce original, attested copy of caste non- creamy layer certificates. EWS Certificate in the case of Economically Weaker Section candidates
e) NATS Registration ID. (www. nats.education.gov.in)
f) Local Police Clearance Certificate issued recently.
g) Medical Fitness certificate obtained in the prescribed format with valid lab report
h) Disability Certificate (for PwBD candidates) from a competent Medical Board.
i) Dependents of FACT employees, on joining should bring the dependency certificate Issued from the HR department.). - The stipend amount and period of training will be as per prevailing Apprenticeship Act.
- Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship under Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act 1973 in any Government or Public Sector or Private industrial organization are not eligible to apply.

- The decision of FACT shall be final and binding in all matters relating to selection.
