Educational Qualification:
Call Center Operator:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field is mandatory
- Proficient communication skills in Kannada and English
- Proficient in basic computer skills (Windows OS, MS Word), familiarity with ODK is a plus
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Engagement duration: Eleven (11) months from the date of offer letter indicating selection
The responsibilities will include the following
- Collecting farmer information remotely
- Adhering to data quality guidelines
- Compilation and submission of data when required
- Any other related task as assigned
Salary: The consolidated remuneration for the said position will be between Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand only) and Rs 18,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand only) per month.
