Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
Junior Manager Trainee – Electrical & Electronics: B.Tech/B.E (Electrical & Electronics) first class with minimum 75% marks (full time course).
Junior Manager Trainee – Civil : B.Tech / B.E (Civil) first class with minimum 75% marks (full time course).
Junior Manager Trainee – Mechanical:
- B.Tech/B.E (Mechanical) first class with min.60% marks (full time course).
- LMV (required to obtain Heavy Driving Licence within 2 years of appointment).
Age Limit ( As on 25 February 2023 ): Shall not exceed 25 years.
Salary : Rs 44,500 – 1,40,000/-

Selection Process of CIAL Recruitment 2023 :
- The selection process includes Written test / Interview.
- Candidates shortlisted for Interview are required to submit duly signed printout of the application along with attested copies of relevant testimonials and certificates at the time of Interview.
For Junior Manager Trainee – Mechanical :
- As part of selection process, there will be Physical Test, Written Test and Interview.
- Shortlisted candidates shall have to undergo and pass the Physical tests (both Physical Measurement & Physical Endurance tests which are applicable to Fire & Rescue Services personnel) for qualifying to further tests.
- Though the minimum educational qualification requirement is specified as first class with min. 60% marks in B.Tech, company may fix a higher Cut off mark as criteria for shortlisting if the number of candidates meeting the minimum requirement exceeds the desirable limit.
